We have been Trash Chute, Trash Compactors and Laundry Chute sales representatives for over 60 years. We also provide services in maintaining the chutes and compactors.
- Spraying chute and doors down with cleaner/disinfectant solution (soaking & soaping)
- Pressure washing chute and doors from every floor
- Lubing and adjusting all doors and moving parts (Latches, closers, hinges, etc.)
- Coating inside of chute and backside of doors with bacteria eating/lubricating solution, which helps eliminate odor
- Cleaning outside face of doors with stainless steel cleaner
- Annual inspection report to be done with cleaning
